The manager oversees all operations at a restaurant. This individual shapes a restaurant-goer’s experience by maintaining the dining room’s appearance, hiring and training quality staff, and ensuring good customer service, efficient restaurant operation as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. We’ll expect this individual to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment.
- Must have a valid driver license and reliable source of transportation, and be punctual
- Pass background and drug screening process
- Prior experience of management
- Following CDC guidelines about sanitation
- Ability to work as a team member and having great social skills
- Keeping inventory at the restaurant and commissary
- Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment at both facilities
- Quality control supply, inventory, and final product available to consumers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites or Microsoft 365 suites
- Understand and utilize provided iOS and Android app to create sales transactions
- Training new staffs to Banh Mi & Roll’s standards
- Keeping great communication between staffs and management team
- Maintaining a record book of closing out the sale of each day and notify management team if issues arise

This individual assists preparing and assembling food/drink products and maintaining the register. The ideal candidate is irrefutably trustworthy and dependable, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and understanding of customer service and hospitality.

We’re looking for individual who are inspired by great food and are enthusiastic about providing outstanding experiences. Responsible for prepping all items on daily prep sheet as instructed by supervisor/management. Must be able to work independently, efficiently, and maintain a clean work space. Proper sanitation protocols must be followed.
